Daisy is the UK’s number one independent provider of IT, communications and cloud services.
When Daisy Group was first established, it had a simple business model – to be an alternative provider of telephone lines and calls for UK-based small and medium-sized businesses.
Over a decade later, as technology and the different types of communication have advanced, Daisy has continued to evolve through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth – creating a broad portfolio that addresses the needs of UK businesses.
Today, the Daisy Group includes four independent businesses providing digital infrastructure products, services and solutions to business – directly and through partner communities.
We originally worked with Phoenix IT Services, who were acquired by Daisy in 2015. Phoenix had been delivering IT services and technology to UK businesses since 1979.
The work
We have been a principal supplier of IT technical staff to Phoenix since 2004, and we work closely with key members of the management team on a variety of recruitment projects. We recruit into a diverse range of roles all over the UK. Phoenix have very high recruitment standards because they have stringent service levels of their own to maintain. The majority of staff that we place are for technical customer- facing roles at Phoenix’s own clients, which is an important extra consideration.
