Director

Rej is a well-known expert in the recruitment of CFOS, Finance Directors, NEDS and leaders of functions on a permanent or interim basis. He is an advisor to many private companies, the professional services sector and PE/VC community on matters of recruitment and organizational development.

Interesting fact: Rej is short for Reju and he was born in Quilon (aka Kollam) in Kerala State, South India. He is a trained accountant.

Cara Winsor

Recruitment Consultant, ABPM

Cara has been with ABPM since 2015 and is the first point of contact for candidates and clients who visit or call. She has a very professional and customer-focused approach and puts her broad knowledge of the finance industry into practice when sourcing, interviewing candidates and speaking to clients.

Interesting facts: Cara is qualified in Mechanics, MIG Welding, Art and Design, Sales and Accountancy AAT Level 2. She loves gaming, cars, anime, and tea.

Steph Lunn

Senior Consultant

Steph joined us in 2010, having previously worked in IT recruitment, marketing and retail. Steph has an MA Hons degree in Philosophy from St Andrews University. Her role at Blues Point entails managing our delivery team and supporting candidates through the recruitment process.

Interesting fact: Steph also works as a freelance writer, mostly within the wine industry but she also writes many of the blogs here on our site.

Sarah Torrington

Finance Director, ABPM

Sarah has been with ABPM for 27 years supporting with finance, recruitment, HR, compliance and legal matters. Before this she worked in practice – and also for Sheffield United Football Club as a part-time accountant for their hospitality and catering business.

Interesting fact: Sarah was Treasurer for a Cheerleading team for 12 years, going to competitions all over the world.
